Vulgarisation des mathématiques

En collaboration avec trois collègues du LMNO nous avons remporté en octobre 2011 le prix Musée Schlumberger avec le projet Labosaïque, autour des pavages et de leurs symétries.

Je suis directeur scientifique de XlaTangente, revue italienne de mathématiques pour les lycéens et les enseignants du second degré [extrait du n°14(2009)].

Je participe depuis plusieurs années aux activités du Centro Matematita, centre inter universitaire pour l'apprentissage et la communication de mathématiques.
Dans le cadre de la Fédération Normandie Mathématique je suis co-organisateur du séminaire normand de vulgarisation des mathématiques.

J'ai traduit en italien le DVD Dimensions...une promenade mathématique.
Et pour terminer, j'ai publié un livre Symétrie et jeux de miroirs (Paris : Pôle, 2002) et une Page Web sur les pavages (même en vidéo Les mathématiques du carreleur).
