Welcome to the Mathematics and Mechanics Masters degree website
Our Master degree currently consists of three four-semester programmes, known as spécialités:
Students wishing to enrol in the first year (M1) must have successfully
completed three years of university studies and thus obtained a French licence
or equivalent. Students wishing to enrol in the second year (M2) must
have successfully completed four years of university studies and thus
obtained a French maîtrise
or first year (M1) masters degree or equivalent.
Students are expected to enrol in one of the three programmes, each of
which allows them to obtain 30 European Credits (ECTS) per semester.

Although most courses are taught in French, some
second-year courses of the pure and applied mathematics (MFA) and
mechanical engineering (IM) programmes may be taught in English if
there is sufficient demand.
